Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Egypt only.

Orders outside Egypt are not available at this time.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it within:

• 1 to 2 working days for most products
• Some items may take longer if they are out of stock or require special handling

You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Delivery times depend on your location:

• Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 working days
• Alexandria: 2 to 4 working days
• Other governorates: 3 to 7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• your delivery location
• package weight
• current courier rates

In some cases, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

We use trusted local couriers to handle deliveries.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number depending on the courier service.

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will check it for you.

If the courier cannot reach you:

• they may attempt delivery more than once
• the package may be returned to us
• you may be contacted to arrange a new delivery

If you are unavailable and the package returns, additional shipping fees may apply.

While we take precautions to protect your order, if your package is:

• lost
• damaged
• or delivered incorrectly
